BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is not a new invention with a cable winder, but the embodiment of this cable winder and the method of manufacturing it, as described in this document, are not known.
The oldest document found is a patent from US No. 391,456 dated October 1888. This shows a number of different attachments of side walls to the spool body.
Another patent from the USA is No. 2001569 from 1933, which describes the product made of bakelite and laminated material with unique properties for the side walls.
U.S. Patent 40,69983 discloses an advanced machine for winding wire on a bobbin.
OBJECT AND FEATURES OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to eliminate your disadvantages with traditional solutions where the side walls are usually kept apart by means of support blocks which also form a hub in the center, and the parts are of wooden material. A major disadvantage is that the dimensions of said technical solution are affected by the prevailing humidity and also the temperature.
Said support blocks which define the width between the side walls are extremely difficult to cut perpendicularly and during assembly changes in dimension occur and these mean that certain materials which are wound will be destroyed by being wound up on previous winding turns in an incorrect manner.
The present embodiment is constructed with critical parts made of dimensionally pressed wood and binder. A common trade name for this material is PDF.
This material is very stable and to a small extent depends on the humidity and temperature of the air. Thanks to the fact that the dimension, the width of the cable reel where the wire is to lie is determined by a cylinder with a small dimensional tolerance, a unique and in-demand property of the cable reel is created. The smaller, inner cylinder determines the width at which the wire is wound.
Together with an outer, larger cylinder, where the wire is wound around, a well-sized cable winding is obtained. The first experiments but the described cable reel and the method showed that a dimensional tolerance was obtained which was 3 times better than a standard cable reel on the market. The cable reel mentioned on the market gave large discards when winding flat material due to the surfaces becoming oblique at the edges and being discarded. A new solution for winding was requested by a special customer, and the cable winder described in this document solved the mentioned problem which resulted in large scraps.
Between the outer and inner cylinders there is a screw connection that connects, holding the two side pieces of the cable winder together. The holes of the screw connection in the side pieces, which are located between the inner and outer cylinder, will be obscured, as they are between the cylinders. By using a concentrated light spot of the laser beam type during assembly to fit the hole images against each other, the assembly is considerably facilitated. It does not have to be a point of light, but with at least one light line, the method can be further improved.
It is new to use laser guidelines during assembly and to screw the cable reel together with a bolt (weft nut and long screw / bolt) in the manner described in this document. The bolt is guided into the side piece that has a "weft nut" attached to the side piece. When drilling holes for screws or bolts, use a drill with countersinks (cutting steel) to cone the entrance to the hole, in the side piece in the direction in which the screw / bolt is inserted and then screwed into the weft nut. The screw tightening can be done with a torque wrench to obtain the best dimensional stability.

Figure 1 shows a cable winding, partly in cross-section, the upper picture, and partly one side wall, the lower picture. Said side wall is the one with milled recesses for screw heads (6).
The cable reel is composed of the inner cylinder (4) and the outer cylinder (3).
These two cylinders (4) and (3) have high precision on its parallelism and these dimensions are chosen with regard to the dimension of the wound material is decisive for the precision of the winding of the wire. If no cavities are formed between the different winding turns, the wound material will on top of the next winding turn lie on top of the previous turn without being able to fall into any cavities.
Said two cylinders (4) and (3) are clamped between the side pieces (1) and (2).
The diameter of the coiled elongate body, together with the number of turns on a winding layer, determines the distance between the side walls to obtain even turns and a continuous surface, which means that the next winding layer is easily laid on top, without falling into the previous winding layer.
Center hole (5) is used for on and unwinding wire by the cable reel can be threaded on a shaft, the diameter of which matches the diameter of the center hole.
When mounting, a fixture can be used. This fixture, see Figure 3, can use a light source without therefore accurately describing the current structure. The lower side wall is rotated so that the light beam centers on one of the screw holes used when screwing the unit.
The cylinders (3) and (4) are placed on said side wall and then the next side wall can be placed on top of said cylinders and, and said light beam is used to be able to turn the screw holes in position directly over those in the lower side wall.
This method greatly simplifies assembly and achieves high dimensional accuracy.
When the screw is inserted into the first side wall, the screw will not be visible because it is located between the two mentioned cylinders. In order to make it easier for the screw to reach the hole of the second side wall in which a nut is located, in which the screw is to be fastened, it is an advantage to provide the entrance in the hole of the side wall with a conical surface which then guides the screw towards the center. of the hole and the wrench.
